Some people have natural clairaudience. If you hear voices in your head when nobody is around, you might be an innate or developing clairaudient.
Could be an opportunity to develop your psychic abilities. But we have to be careful about this kind of phenomenon. Before you declare yourself a clairaudient, you should find the source of the voices in your head.
Warning: Hearing Voices Can Be Psychosis
First up, we should start with a warning.
Hearing voices in your head can be a sign of serious mental illness, and if you feel this might be the case, then you should see a doctor as soon as possible. If you have any of the following symptoms, please consult a physician or therapist before moving forward:
Obsessive thoughts.
Excessive anxiety.
Negative or fear-inducing hallucinations. Disconnection from reality. Depression.
In short, if the voices you hear are telling you to do things that you think might be wrong, then you should see a doctor immediately.
Beginner Clairaudients Hear Voices In Their Heads
If, on the other hand, the voices that you hear are rational, neutral or good, and aren’t asking you to go against your morality, you may well have discovered that you are naturally clairaudient.
The voices that you hear may seem random and appear seemingly out of the blue. This is because you lack the training to deal with them. Any accomplished clairaudient have systems set up to block random sessions.
Clairaudience means “clear hearing”, and its practitioners are known as clairaudients – though most are known merely as psychics, as the clair- abilities tend to develop alongside each other. What Are The Voices In My Head?
There are two types of voices you might hear – internal and external.
Internal voices sound like they are coming from inside your mind. They might even mimic your own “thinking voice”.
External voices sound like they are coming from elsewhere. For beginner clairaudients, they will often sound like they originate just out of your view, always just around the corner or right behind you. As for who the voice is – it’s impossible to say! You will have to work that out for yourself by developing your clairaudience abilities.
Developing Your Clairaudience
Clairaudience is all about natural talent and practice. There’s nothing more to it than that. Of course, it is essential to practice in the right way! The next time you hear a voice in your head, stop what you are doing and focus on it. Don’t try to follow the voice physically; you will never find it. Instead, close your eyes and listen very carefully. Don’t try to respond; just listen and learn. Thoughts, ideas, images – Pay attention to everything that crosses your mind.
Once the experience is done, write down everything you could intuit about the voice.
Start with simple things – gender, age, mood, demeanour – and over time try to intuit more from the voice. And if it works, don’t stop there! There are plenty of ways you can develop your clairaudience abilities, including listening exercises, journaling and psychic meditation.
