IF YOU WAKE UP BETWEEN 2AM AND 4AM – PERFECT CONDITIONS FOR PSYCHICS

A widespread issue we often hear about is people suffering from what they believe to be insomnia.

When pressed, however, they all give the same time frame for when they wake up in the middle of the night.

The hours are between 2 am, and 4 am, and this is a very significant time of day.

Psychic and spiritual connections are most comfortable to access around 3 am. The night is; still and the air is fresh. Most people are sleeping, which makes energy in general calmer All this making for a clear, peaceful connection.

Knowing this sheds some light on why you keep waking up between 2 am, and 4 am.

Connections Are Strongest Between 2am & 4am

Many people like to call the hours between 2 am and 4 am the “connection hours”.

This is because it is the time when the people who are most spiritually active experience the strongest connections to the astral plane.

Around 2am, the world gets very quiet. Of course, 2am is different everywhere, but in your local vicinity, it is the time when the hustle and bustle finally settles to silence.

While most people are safely tucked away in bed, the spiritual experience heightened connections.

Think of it like an internet connection. While everyone is awake and browsing, streaming or downloading you find that the connection isn’t as fast or stable.

But in the middle of the night, the connection is much clearer and faster.

Why These Connections Are Waking You

However, these connections should not be waking you from sleep. In fact, the reason we sleep at night is to allow these connections to take hold while we are dreaming.

Dreaming is one of the most important mechanism for access to the astral plane and the delivery of wisdom and guidance from the universe.

Interrupting this process is not by design, and signals a spiritual problem in your life that you are not properly dealing with.

How To Stop Waking Up Between 2am & 4am

Since this is such a common problem, we have a lot of experiences to draw upon that we can use to fix it.

The first thing you can do is make sure that you are hydrated and have good sleep hygeine.

Good sleeping habits can help get you into a deep enough sleep that you are able to sleep through this busy time.

With that done and the problem not sorted, the primary solution is to embrace the connection. You can do this in several ways.

Try meditation. Not a full meditation like you would during the day, but a simple one. Lay in bed, close your eyes, and open your mind to the incoming connections.

Allow the thoughts, images, ideas and sounds to float through your mind without judgement.

You might write anything down that seems noteworthy. Don’t use your phone or computer for this though, as the bright light will not help ease you back to sleep.

But if nothing is working, then the problem lies in your waking life.

Take the time to examine your spiritual and emotional state, spend time with people you care about and get more physical and intellectual exercise.

For almost everyone, this is temporary. Eventually, you will adapt to the connections and will be able to sleep through it.

In the meantime, pay attention – after all, the best ideas do tend to come at 3am.
